The BULK instrument manifolds and accessories are mostly made out of 316 stainless steel, or out of carbon steel, monel, inconel titanium, hastelloy C. They are made according to the H2S sour gas service requirements, as well as NACE MR-01-75 compliant. All components from BULK have been tested, with monitoring and control over every step of manufacturing. All products are then put to the final testing. All the legal documentation is available for client inspection, if requested. Those documents include a certificate of compliance with the order, test report, inspection certificate etc. Every valve of the BULK products is, after all testing and controls, finally tested before shipment.
