Telescopic way covers are extensible or compressible by the sliding of steel overlapping sections. BUWW way covers, when properly maintained increase the run time of your machine, and are the best solution when hot oils, coolants, metal chips, and heavy material removal are present in the machining environment, in contrast to a fabric bellows. The other factors are the addition of the companies variables: the material you are machining: cast iron will rust your covers if they are not made of stainless or have a rust proof preventative, the size of the chips, the coolant type you are using, synthetic coolants will eat your wipers away.
