The BVM banderoling machines can be used in line or as 90° infeed versions, depending on the machine type. Sleeve wrapped packages are produced in combination with flat film. The banderoling machine is available as a semi-automatic machine or in line with an infeed and outfeed conveyor belt.
Loaded at a 90° angle with mechanical pusher or with a gripper, this packaging machine can be used for a wide range of applications. By using a separate shrink tunnel, the banderoling machine is adjustable and can be adapted to different requirements.
The products are fed to the banderoling machine via an in line conveyor or from a 90° angle. The packaging formations (multipacks) are either produced in the packaging machine or are already pre-grouped on-site. The banderoling machine or the stretch bander unit works with an upper and a lower film which are sealed together to form a so-called "film curtain".
The film is sealed around the product during transport on the conveyor or infeed. In the subsequent shrink tunnel, the film is shrunk around the products to form a sturdy and transportable package.
The shrinking process in the shrink tunnel can be regulated via an electronic temperature control system and adjustable air flaps within the shrink area.
