BVM Portable Pelicase PC – Commercial & Military Aviation – Fuel Pressure & Flow Monitor – Integrated electronics in a ruggedised Pelicase iM2300 housing.
Design Requirements
For BVM to design & manufacture a ruggedized & upgraded version of the client’s current portable Fuel Pressure & Flow Monitor – incorporating their custom monitoring electronic’ components to provide valve control and pressure transmittance data for acquisition of flow.
Provision of a fast access system for internal maintenance (calibration) purposes.
Responsibility for procurement, manufacturing, QA and logistical processes for production builds. Previously, our client had been taking care of individual component procurement & commercial pricing with their own supply chain, free issue of components to a 3rd party subcontractor for system build, quality assurance of finished product and associated logistical operations.
Commercial & Military Aviation : Fuel Pressure & Flow Monitor
The portable system is used for on-site testing for monitoring & maintenance concerning airport fuel line hydrants, detecting changes in the overall fuel line pressure, via analysis of pressure variation over higher & lower pressures to confirm the ‘tightness’ of a test section.
