This machine is designed to select and deposit trays onto single or multiple transfer conveyors, entirely automatically. It can be used in combination with all CRM products, or those by other manufacturers. The transfer conveyors have adjustable lengths. The key features of this machine are: • Easy changing of the forms. This can be done without dismantling any part of the machine, using only quick and simple adjustments. The range also supports different tray heights using an adjustable system, designed by CRM to be equally easy to use by all operators. • All of the ETD's functions, such as speed, form change, etc., are controlled through a touch-screen. In addition, any machines to which the ETD is connected can also be controlled through the touch-screen. • The ETD is electronic, making it very flexible, and also making it easier to connect to other equipment. • Constructed from anticorodal aluminium and stainless steel. CRM's philosophy has always been to design machines that are easy to clean and disinfect, with no cavities or recesses that allow bacteria to proliferate and our ETD is no exception. For major production lines, we also offer a tray magazine that allows you to load a greater number of trays that are automatically deposited into the denester. This enables longer production runs without frequent interruptions to reload the trays, releasing the operator for other duties.
