Description

Cabinplant offers cheese dicers for both hard and soft cheese types and for different cube sizes. Cheese types include • Mozzarella • Cheddar • Regato • Blue • Feta, traditional and ultrafiltered Depending on the cheese hardness, the various dicers can be supplied with strings, alternatively knives, to make the optimum cut. The cheese is pushed through the strings/knives by means of a gear motor. The cheese block is conveyed uniformly, resulting in a precise and clean cut and ensuring optimum handling of each cheese block. The cheese dicers can be supplied either as individual machines or as components of complete lines, e.g. a cheese dicing/shredding line for pizza topping.
