Cabinplant offers cheese dicers for both hard and soft cheese types and for different cube sizes.

Depending on the cheese hardness, the various dicers can be supplied with strings, alternatively knives, to make the optimum cut. The cheese is pushed through the strings/knives by means of a gear motor. The cheese block is conveyed uniformly, resulting in a precise and clean cut and ensuring optimum handling of each cheese block.
The cheese dicers can be supplied either as individual machines or as components of complete lines, e.g. a cheese dicing/shredding line for pizza topping.
