Our large capacity packing line for fresh meat and poultry has been designed for a continuous and automated production flow. The production line is specially designed for handling both few-piece and large portions.
The total packing solution is a 3in1 line for flexible portion sizes and multiple types of packaging, for instance 3 different types of packing methods can be handled on the same line:
• Stationary portion packing in tray
• Side-by-side packing on the fly
• Direct filling in tray

The line and the multihead weigher are controlled from a 15” touch screen with pre-determined recipes and settings, providing a perfect overview of the line. The ergonomic design offers optimal working conditions for the operators in terms of lifting and reaching height, and
offers the possibility of natural light on operator area.
No condensation, e.g. water dripping from platforms, and no noise from machines placed above operators. Line and control are prepared for denester and magazine buffer for denester.
