Description

Pair trackside communication cable for tunnel or underground locations, LUL standard Telecommunication cables in railway installations from 1 to 3 pairs, diameters of 0.63 and 0.9 mm, insulated with cellular polyethylene and protected with LS0H violet material sheath, UV resistant, for tunnels or underground locations. These cables shall be designed for installation in trackside and for use within railway equipment rooms. The cables are not intended for use in either trackside where submersion in water is a possibility, not for being laid directly on ballast. CONSTRUCTION  Conductors: Annealed copper, diameter of 0.63 and 0.9 mm.  Insulation: Cellular polyethylene.  Lay-up: Pairs.  Core wrapping. Longitudinal dielectric tape applied with overlap.  Sheath: LSZH material, UV resistant, violet colour.  Sheath marking: The outer sheath shall be marked at regular intervals with the following information: o Name of Manufacturer / year / Length markings o Other type of markings is also possible according to the customer
