Quad cable nº6, moisture barrier sheath
Cables with 7 to 114 star quads (14 to 228 pairs), conductors of 0.63 and 0.9 mm, cellular PE insulation. Quads are stranded into layers to form the core which is protected by a moisture barrier sheath. They are used as primary cables in distribution networks inside ducts.

CONSTRUCTION
Conductors: Annealed Cooper of 0.63 and 0.90 mm nominal diameter.
Insulation: Cellular polyethylene.
Cabling elements: Star quads.
Core: Stranded into layers in alternate directions.
Core wrapping. Paper tape, longitudinally applied with overlap.
Cable screen. Polyethylene coated aluminium tape longitudinally applied with overlap and bonded to the external PE sheath.
Sheath: UV resistant black PE.
Sheath marking : The outer sheath shall be marked in white ink, at regular intervals, with the following information:
o Name of manufacturer/ Year/ Length marks
o Other type of marks according to the costumer
