TZXT-M – ULTRASONIC PORTIONING LINE TO FIXED WEIGHT
The line carries out the portioning into fixed weight segments. They are then placed in plastic containers. The operator loads the half forms of gorgonzola: automatically the line cuts them into fixed weight. Then they are placed in plastic containers and sent to the packaging line. The cut is made by ultrasonic blade.
