ITFX – ULTRASONIC PORTIONING MACHINE TO FIXED WEIGHT
The machine carries out the portioning of the whole shape of gorgonzola in fixed weight slices.
The shape is centered and cut into halves. One half is weighed and goes in the first cutting
zone by ultrasonic blade. Each slice is placed next to each other and bring up to the second
cutting zone for fixed weight. The cut is made by ultrasonic.
