TZAX – ULTRASONIC FIXED WEIGHT PORTIONING LINE FOR ROUND FORMS OF CHEESE
Automatic line cuts into fixed weight soft and semi hard round shapes of cheese. The cutting is made by ultrasonic blade. The slices unload one at time on the conveyor belt. The working datas are showing and setting by the operator panel: option to variable or fixed weight and enable or disable the cut of heart.
