One 19” rack unit (110/220V AC Powered) Up to 6 EASY6000 crates controlled (back compatible with EASY3000) CAN-Bus based protocol Up to 200 W service power Overview The R6060 EASY Branch Controller is an independent module that fits in a single rack unit. The Branch Controller can be linked to the EASY6000 or EASY3000 crates (which can work in the “hostile area”), via back panel connectors (EASYbus and service power). The R6060 is the interface between the remote crates and the detector control system, as it is equipped with ethernet connection on the front panel. The EASY channels are shown as if they belong to the branch controller. Up to six EASY6000/3000 crates can be controlled by one R6060. The user has to configure the R6060 to operate with his EASY3000 crates by using the provided software tool (EASY Rack Builder), this step is no longer needed with the EASY6000 modules.
