Description

Heating nozzles for injection machines and molds, hot melt application, similar spray gun, especially in cases where they are available for mounting in limited areas DESCRIPTION: • Power dissipation: up to 5.5 W / cm² • Nozzle diameter: between Ø25 mm up to Ø110 mm • Cable length (standard): 100cm. On request they can be manufactured and equipped with cable of different lengths TECHNICAL DATA: Material: brass tube. Nickel-chrome resistive coil 80/20. Small continuous insulation. Bipolar flexible supply lead + ground wire. Temperature: nickel conductors made of Teflon fiberglass, with metal braid protection The maximum working temperature is 320 C with a peak of 350 C Usage: Brass nozzle heater with single cable outlet. They are usually used when there are no space limits and hazards from corrosive plastic action; are hermetically sealed in liquid plastic. Note: A standard heater does not provide an integrated thermocouple, but a suitable external thermocouple may be applied.
