Careful design has allowed us to achieve high hourly throughputs with low power consumption, generating reduced consumption in relation to the processed material euro / ton rate.
The generously sized hopper mounted above the machine acts as an accumulation chamber, freeing the loading operative who can then perform waste treatment cycle control operations.
The PLC, responsible for controlling the entire production cycle, blade direction changes, cleaning cycle and rotor speed, allows preset recipes to be saved to facilitate the operator if the same work cycle is to be repeated at a later date.
