Ideal for distribution of material across the entire width of the conveyor or in cases in which the material is received by means of a gravity feed that could damage rubber conveyor belts. The motors product a mono-directional vibration that imparts motion and transport direction to the material. Composed of a robust arc-welded trough supported on anti-vibration mounts and housed in a suitably braced metalwork frame secured to the floor. The frame also allows a degree of inclination of the trough such as to achieve the optimal condition for the flow of material in the trough. The internal plastic lining reduces noise levels and prevents damage to the transported products for applications in which this is a requirement. The drive unit is sized time by time based on the process characteristics.
