Description
Industrial preform lifter for PET bottle processing.
It has a stainless steel structure and is connected to a conveyor belt including a loading hopper.
Possible solution combined with a tipper.
The industrial preform lifter consists of a suitably braced structure to support the preform containment hopper made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a PEHD cover inside.
The hopper is equipped with full/empty hopper photocells connected to the electrical system
Under the tank there is a tipping system to bring the preforms close to the food grade PVC elevation belt up to the required height.
The elevation belt is equipped with an inverter to adjust the speed.
