Description

Ideal to meet all the requirements for positioning foundry castings or billets that need subsequent processing, in the outer profile, welding, grinding or polishing. Mobile pedals close to the machine allow the operator to pneumatically lock-unlock the workpiece, but also to rotate it in a counter-clockwise direction by means of a gearmotor; manoeuvring using the foot ensures the operator’s hands are completely free to carry out the work. This guarantees maximum reliability in positioning the workpiece and consequent safety for the operator. Technical specifications 200x200 mm HEA structure. 1.5 kW self-braking motor with double polarity, 4 poles 50Hz. Inverter to control the rotation speed from 6.5 to 12 rpm. Rotation system using a worm gear reducer with pre-torque. 150 mm stroke pneumatic piston clamping system complete with safety valve. Control pedals for workpiece rotation and clamping in a single support with 2 m. of free cable on board the machine. CE-compliant electrical cabinet.
