High-speed roll-up doors in PVC fabric: self-repairing door, made by hot-dip galvanized sheet metal and aluminum profiles assembled without welding. Campisa “Avantgarde” industrial high-speed door has been designed for all companies that need a fast, safe and self-resetting roll-up closure. The Avantgarde roll-up door can be used for internal and external application, it is extremely resistant, and requires little or no maintenance. OPERATION The Avantgarde high-speed roll-up door has a 900 g / m² polyester fabric, PVC coated, which does not require windproof reinforcement bars because it remains tensioned between the two side door posts within which it slides. The AVANTGARDE rapid roll-up flexible door includes: Metallic structure in galvanized steel with fabric guide within the two door posts. 900 g / m² polyester fabric that guarantees excellent wind resistance. A transparent PVC window-porthole at eye level (additional windows are optional). A wide range of RAL colors also for insulated sheets. GEAR MOTOR Gearmotor with electromechanical brake and electronic programmer. Crank for emergency opening maneuverable from the ground. The main panel is inside a box with IP55 protection, it is pre-wired to the gearmotor and includes an emergency switch. In case of emergency the motor and the panel can be easily controlled, and the door can be totally opened. (For large and high doors, we foresee an aerial walkway that allows direct control of the motors on top of the structure). Photocell barriers and a wireless safety rib, incorporated in lower edge of the fabric, are also foreseen for safety purposes. All controls are according to CE standards,
