FORCE ONE FORESTRY MULCHER Powerful and durable to withstand heavy works. The forestry mulcher has been designed to manage the heaviest workloads: the deep clearing of woods and forests. It is equipped with a piston engine to run at the most intense work pace. It can be equipped with three different rotor for every need. The forestry rotor with foldaway hammers is suited to the cutting of shrubs, bushes and briars with diameters up to 220 mm. The Forestry fixed-tooth rotor is designed for heavy-duty works, it specially fits the plant mulching. The rotor for forest chips is suitable for the grinding of trunks with diameters up to 220 mm. The power of the different rotors can be better exploited thanks to the presence of back and front opening doors. The great resistance of the forestry mulcher is guaranteed by the reinforced body. An other feature that makes this equipment extraordinary is the forced ventilation operated directly from the rotor, this allows the circuits cooling and of the hydraulic motor to keep the oil temperature constant. AUTOMATIC COOLING SYSTEM Both circuits and the hydraulic engine are cooled by a forced ventilation cooling system driven by the rotor itself. The forced airflow helps to keep the oil temperature constant. DURABILITY The reinforced body with double bottom grants high resistance against accidental shocks and twisting movements. EXTREME CONDITIONS Mechanically or hydraulically (opt.) opened, the front and rear hoods allow to make the most of the rotor’s power to mulch trunks up to 220 mm. diameters effectively.
