Description

It efficiently performs the task of cutting cheese easily and effortlessly into custom sized slices. Thanks to its compact size, it can be placed comfortably on any type of work surface, even small ones such as delicatessens, small outlets, street traders, market and supermarket counters. The Rock 18 model is able to cut any kind of hard, semi-hard and soft cheese at will (from caciotte to Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano). Equipped with: • Special blades for "rock" cutting: for results comparable to manual cutting (the surface of the product remains rough, similar to manual cutting, and the product keeps its organoleptic qualities intact). • Smooth blades: for all types of semi-hard and soft cheese.
