The SeaPan WP 25/15 is a fire-resistant composite sandwich wall panel made of basalt and ceramic matrix, which is characterized by the following properties, among others: Light weight Non-flammable and non-flammable No smoke or melts are released in the event of a fire High temperature resistance Low thermal conductivity High soundproofing properties Good air permeability Can be processed with conventional cutting tools Easy disposal The new optimal solution for the production of partitions and walls in shipbuilding, the construction sector and architecture as well as for many other structures such as office, technical or residential containers. The use of lightweight composite materials , in this case SeaPan WP 25/15 panels with a specific weight of approximately only 7.8 kg/m², enables the total weight of, for example, a passenger ship to be significantly reduced by several hundred tons. The panel is available ready to assemble and does not require any additional processing. The tongue and groove connection system we use allows for a significant reduction in assembly time. In addition, the good mechanical properties of the panel allow the use of screw, dowel and screw fasteners in the manufacture of flat and angular connections. Thanks to their antiseptic properties, SeaPan panels prevent the formation of mold and mildew.
