The CBG EasyPan®-100 quick-build partition wall system is a quick, easy solution for creating a highly sound-insulating and fire-resistant partition wall. The system consists of basalt ceramic based composite sandwich panels with built-in metal profiles and floor/ceiling metal profiles. The metal profiles of the CBG EasyPan®-100 system are attached to each other, forming a solid metal structure of the partition. Erected partitions are non-load-bearing structures. Easy and uncomplicated After installation and fine filling of the joints, such a partition wall does not require filling or sanding , as it can be painted, wallpapered or tiled immediately. Or you can use our wide range of HPL coated panels. The CBG EasyPan® panels are non-combustible (A1) according to EN-13 501 and withstand mechanical stress according to DIN-4103 . CBG EasyPan®-100 are fireproof sound-absorbing composite sandwich panels and are manufactured on a glass/ basalt and ceramic basis.
