Automatic linear labelling machine for e-liquid bottles The Ninon Vape is an automatic linear labelling machine specially adapted to the e-liquid sector and electronic cigarettes. This evolutive linear automatic adhesive labelling machine can be equipped with a single or two labelling stations, allowing the main label and the tactile (triangle) to be applied. The Ninon Vape adapts to all sizes of bottles ( 10mL, 30mL, 60mL, 100mL, 120 ml vial, etc.). Its pacing system guarantees precise, fast and efficient adhesive labelling of products, allowing a labelling rate of 50 products/minute (i.e. 3000 bottles/hour) to be achieved. The Ninon Vape automatic labelling machine impresses with its ease of use and adaptability to different bottle sizes without additional equipment. The Ninon Vape can be easily integrated into an existing packaging line or can be completed by our peristaltic precision pump for filling e-liquid vials, the K-One CDA (production rate up to 1500 products/hour). If you are looking for a complete packaging line for e-liquid, CDA offers you the E-Fill monoblocks (speed up to 25 products/minute) and E-Fill S (up to 50 products/minute).
