E-Fill SW Complete packaging line: filling, capping & labelling in automatic or semi-automatic mode Developed by our Engineering Department to offer more versatility to the existing E-Fill S, the E-Fill SW allows the full packaging (filling, capping, labelling) of bottles from 5ml to 250ml in automatic or semi-automatic mode. The full automatic mode ensures 100% automatic operation including the Pick&Place system for automatic cap removal, while the semi-automatic mode allows the Pick&Place system to be deactivated and another capping system to be used to fill different bottle sizes. The E-Fill SW offers the performance, with a speed of up to 50 products/minute, and the versatility to pack your main production in full automatic mode, but also your complementary formats thanks to its semi-automatic mode. It applies up to 2 labels per bottle and can be equipped with an automatic infeed bowl or a rotary infeed table. The products packaged by the E-Fill SW are varied: e-liquid bottles, food flavorings, essential oils or dyes and reagents).
