Description

CDA designs and manufactures the VS 50, a semi-automatic manual screwer suitable for smooth and grooved corks. The screwing heads are custom designed (according to the samples specified at the time of order) to ensure perfect handling of the caps. Thus, the addition of a new cap may require the creation of a new screwing head. The VS 50 is used as a stand-alone machine but can be ordered with different options: • - on a stainless steel mast (this must be fixed directly to a workbench or rigid work surface) • - on a mast with a fixing nut (for lateral fixing on a conveyor or a rigid work surface) • - on a 500mm x 350mm shelf • - on a stainless steel chassis with wheels. Compact and practical, this manual screwdriver is easy to use. Indeed, the adjustments of the various parameters (torque, speed of rotation and acceleration) are made directly on the screwdriver. The VS 50 can be adapted to the needs of companies in various sectors, such as: • - food industry (twist off caps, caps with integrated lids), • - chemical (safety cap, hinged cap “flip top”), • - natural products (screw cap, squeezer cap) The VS50 from CDA is a stand-alone screwing machine that can complement the purchase of a K-Net (semi-automatic filling machine) or a Ninette Auto (semi-automatic labelling machine).
