Automatic lidding machine DistriCap

The DistriCap is an automatic dispensing module for twist-off capsules (other formats are to be tested before the project is validated). This machine is designed and manufactured by CDA. The DistriCap allows the automatic dispensing and placing of lids on the containers, which is done “on the fly”. This module can be integrated on several machines: • - After a CDA filler (such as the K-Net Auto or the K-Line S) • - Before an independent screwing machine (such as the VSA or the VS1000) Thus, the DistriCap allows to dispense a cap or a lid before being screwed and/or capped by a screwing module. Depending on the type of cap to be placed, this machine can have two configurations: • - A lift / sorter / cap dispenser (generally in the case of a twist off format). The lift is a vertical conveyor that sorts out the capsules by gravity towards a drop-off ramp. • - A vibrating bowl (often used for plastic lids). The bowl allows the caps to be directed directly to the right side of the ramp. This on-the-fly dispensing method allows a constant and high production rate to be maintained. The versatility and reliability of the DistriCap makes it ideal for many industries such as food, cosmetics, animal products, CBD products, etc.
