Description

The FreeFlow is a fully mobile washing solution for aggregate and sand classification with integrated water recycling. Designed and built on a trailer for optimal mobility and maximum in-situ material recovery across a wide range of materials including: • Optimum mobility: all on one chassis, designed and built on a semi-trailer • Maximum on-site material recovery for a wide range of materials (sand & gravel, crushed rock, scalpings & overburden, manufactured sand, excavated material) • Ideal for difficult-to-access locations, moving from one site to another, facilitating planning and authorisation • Capacity of up to 70 t/h WATER RECYCLING Water is recycled around the system with minimal loss. EFFICIENT POWER USAGE An onboard generator and control panel require no external power connections. OPTIMUM SEPARATION Waste water is sent to the AquaCycle™ thickener for solids separation and removal. OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE Materials are recycled on site producing in spec products straight from the belt. CYCLONE TECHNOLOGY The Evowash™ comprises a two-stage separation process. A pre-screening and washing of course aggregates followed by accurate sand classification utilising cyclone technology.
