Provide a two stage environmental control system for spaglass casting and the de-watering process. Provide space heating, ventilation, humidity control and dust control for the casting shop. Control the temperature and relative humidity in the entire casting shop at pre-determined set-points, both day and night over the 24 hour period for 365 days a year with reference to the prevailing climactic conditions Thoroughly dry the plaster moulds after the daily casting operation ready for the following days casting. Part dry and condition any pieces remaining in the casting shop overnight ready for intensive drying in the Ware Dryers. The system is applicable to all types of casting systems including battery, machine, capillary/ spaglass and manual casting which use either plaster or synthetic moulds.
