INVERTER SINGLE PHASE COMPACT POWER SOURCE FOR MIG/MAG WELDING User-friendly LCD Display Pre-arranged for Pulse and Double Pulse functions 2-roller wire feed unit and over 28 synergic curves Approved by several worldwide car manufacturers The new SYNSTAR 200 M is a synergic inverter single phase (230 V 50/60 Hz +15% / -20%) power source for MIG/MAG welding Aluminium 2-roller-wire feed unit ( Ø 30 mm) Equipped with power source transportation trolley, ground lead (3 m - 25 mm2 ) and clamp 28 synergic curves (Solid Ø 0,6/0,8/0,9/1,0/1,2 mm) and flux-cored wire (Ø 0,9 mm). Flux-cored wires can be welded, either with or without shielding gas, by simple polarity inversion. Pulse function upgrade [Art. 238],which allows to activate synergic curves dedicated to solid, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and CuSi3. It has got more than 30 welding programs Double current level function upgrade [Art. 813], The Double Pulse function can be achieved by enabling the Pulse upgrade The LCD Displayshows in real time the machine set up and allows the operator to read wire and gas type, current and thickness, voltage and wire speed The power source is supplied with many adjustable functions which can be accessed from the panel, including: - Arc Length, 2/4 strokes, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start etc - SHORT or PULSE process - Three importants specific functions dedicated to an optimal aluminum welding (3 levels, Automatic Hot Start, Automatic Crater Filler) The Euro connector allows to use either a standard MIG torch or the Cebora Push-Pull 2003 one It is possible to work with two different types of coils: Ø 200 mm or Ø 300 mm
