Description

Easy to use and install, with reduced sizes and compatible with all technologies Reduce energy and operational costs, minimising expenses and reducing stop moments Excellent air quality, avoiding possible damage to the company’s image Adapted to all applications that require high quality or are extremely sensitive to moisture, such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage and electronic industries, adsorption dryers reach up to -70°C of the dew point. The main characteristic of adsorption dryers consists of desiccant elements within two cylindric internal tubes, named towers: the air passes in one of these tubes and the water gets absorbed. The outcome is dried air, which does not compromise the compressed air system, production machine and the final product. The dryer is equipped with automatic electronic control to monitor its status during each phase, providing an automatic diagnosis of any air supply breaks. Installing a filter next to the dryer is particularly useful to remove possible hygroscopic material from compressed air. The ADS is also known for its silent efficiency.
