The Linear Stepping Piezo Stage SPS35XS is created using the Stepping Piezo Actuator's principle. It offers a long stroke combined with a micro/nano positioning resolution. The unit has a maximum load of 5mm. It measures 30*30 mm (X&Y axis). The resolution is 35 with an unloaded resonance frequency of 200 Hz and a response time of 2.50.
