Profile roll forming line

Double roll forming line for Asia with an annual capacity of 25m items was designed, developed and produced in close cooperation with the Asian customer. For this line, we developed a new infeeder and a flying cut. The infeeder is used to remove the tension in the steel in the roll forming lines. The flying cut is a movable, continuous and easily adjustable CMC-controlled hydraulic cut that cuts the steel in accordance with a fixed measure.
