Automatic edge-banding machine FLEXY P

for panels

The FLEXY P edgebander in addition to the full cabin and the two sawblades end-trim, it adds the pre-milling unit equipped with HF engines and adjustable pneumatic pressure with the aim to obtain a perfect smooth panel before the gluing process. Panels: Particle board, plywood, MDF... from 8 to 50mm thick. Edges: Melamine, PVC, ABS, PP, wood, formica, acrylic... 0,4 to 2mm in rolls. Adhesives: Hot melt EVA and PUR (optional). Equipment: High frecuency motors controlled by independent electronic inverters, pre-milling, gluepot, end trim, top & bottom trim and PLC controlled by a colour LCD touch screen. All versions of this series allow the installation of buffing units and glue scraper as optional groups on the end of the machine.
