Touchscreen wheel balancer with run-out measurement Vibrations caused by run-out do not depend on the unbalance of wheel. The ER85 EVO, with one single quick spin, detects all causes of vibraton. The EMS Sonar, supplied as standard on machine, detects wheel eccentricity with a 0,1 mm accuracy and enables a precise diagnosis within seconds. The new model ER85 EVO is now even more efficient thanks to the automatic positioning system. Ergonomic design The ErgoFast range of wheel balancers has been developed to offer the operator the best posssible working conditions. Every tool in a handy position, total access to internal part of rim, all accessories within reach and touch panel are only but a few of the advantages developed for our end users. Detection of wheel data The automatic gauge for distance and diameter input (up to 28″ rims) and the LA Sonar device for wheel width measurement allow an immediate detection of all necessary wheel parameters. Adhesive counter-weights positioning by means of SPOTTER Laser Wheel locked in position for weight applications, LED light to illuminate working area in the internal part of rim and SPOTTER Laser for accurate positioning of the counter-weights guarantee a perfect balancing operation in one single spin. Pneumatic locking of wheel Two gas springs which produce a force of 250 kg guarantee a quick and constant wheel locking. The 4 wheel tyre set is balanced in the same conditions (SE Version). OPB: One plane balancing OPB (One Plane Balancing), eliminates both static and dynamic unbalance with a single counterweight, indicating the exact position to apply the weight inside the rim.
