The Continuous Premix System CPS with an integrated water deaeration system is a modular, fully automatic system for highly accurate and continuous blending and carbonation of beverages. The system enables without the necessity of any mechanical adaptation the production of a wide range of different products, like sparkling water, softdrinks, diet-drinks, beer, fruit juice, carbonated wine, varies mixed drinks, etc.. High accuracy for the quality parameter Brix, diet and CO2 are provided at any time, due to there redundant measurement by on-line sensors. The system works very efficient due to nearly no loss of product during start-up or at the end of production. Very low running costs are achieved due to low consumption of energy and CO2 and low demand for service.
