Oxygen removal takes place in the vacuum vessel, using a product dispersion nozzle and vacuum stripping. The vacuum level is controlled to gently handle the product based on oxygen level desired, temperature, and characteristics of the product. After deaeration in the vacuum vessel, the product is collected in the sump, and pumped for further processing. The system includes an automated cleaning of the vessel with valving and cleaning devices.
Additional matrix valving and other process equipment can be added to provide a modular process solution.
