Description

The CETATEST XS is a compact, cost-effective and full automatically working leak tester for the detection of untight parts within the cycle time of the production process. The leak tester uses a gauge pressure sensor for the measurement of the pressure loss caused by the leakage in the test part. Pressure ranges - Internal electronically regulated: -1 bar / +1 bar | 0.010 - 0.200 bar | 0.020 - 1.000 bar | 0.20 - 8.00 bar (external pressure regulation as option) Measurement ranges - ± 2,500 Pa | ± 9,999 Pa / ± 25.0 hPa | ± 99.9 hPa (depending on the pressure range) Result units - Pa, hPa (pressure loss), bar (test pressure) Test mode - Pressure decay Dimensions - 280 mm x 96 mm x 250 mm (W x H x D) Typical applications - Leak tests which require a large measuring range Remark All leak, mass flow and flow testers as well as pressure manometers and calibration standards (test leaks, master jets) are supplied with DAkkS-accredited and internationally recognized calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) as standard and at no extra charge on initial delivery. Prerequisite: The pressure and flow ranges are within the accredited scope of services of the DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory of CETA Testsysteme GmbH. DAkkS = German Accreditation Body
