Description
CGI 14N/C is a numerical over current and earth fault relay, entirely digitized and integrated with microprocessor technology. This allows for analog to digital conversion of the valves and then their numerical processing. The relay uses a computational hardware called digital signal processor (DSP) and software, accompanies it. The relay is integrated with IDMT function. The relay are extremely safe and can provide quick protection against one or both over current & earth elements and a breaker failure protection technology as well for emphasizing safety. The different methods of programming the relay are 3O/C + 1E/F or 2 O/C + 1E/F + 1SE/F while 1RE/F is optional. The relay has a user-friendly interface, a -button keypad & a 16x2 LCD display on the front panel.
