Description

Hollow-Shaft Overexcitation Ultra Thin Spring Brake Application: Robotics, Industry 4.0, servo motors * Optional Accessory: PWM Controller * Hollow-Shaft, Flexible Wiring Space, Customization Available MBS-H Hollow-Shaft Overexcitation Ultra Thin Spring Brake MBS-H, Hollow Shaft Overexcitation Ultra-Thin Spring Brake In addition to thin structure of original MBS brake, friction disc with large internal diameter allows brake to be installed with hollow-shaft motor or joints of miniature robots. It also provides flexible winding space for mechanical structure by allowing wires to pass through the center of the brake. In order to save power, using overexcitation controller can reduce power consumption. Installation Checkpoints To prevent loosening, screws with adhesives for fixing is required. Shaft tolerance - Please refer to h7 (JIS B 0401) for design. The brake torque is transmitted to hub through the spline of friction disc.; therefore, hub must be fixed to prevent any axial movements. For reducing power consumption, please use MBS-H with PWM controller. Please refer to the chart below for the precision required of brake installation. Features Hollow-Shaft Applicable Flexible Wiring Space Easy Installation Thin and Light-weight Low Power Consumption
