The CFG series is an Electromagnetic Clutch brake module manufactured by Chain Tail Clutch&Brake. It is an open style with 2 input points and single output point. The output shaft stops when the brake is energized. The right bearing cam drives the output shaft when the right side is energized, and the output shaft separates when the current to the right side is the bearing. While the left bearing cam drives the output shaft when the left side is energized, and the left bearing cam and its output shaft is cut when the power to the left side is cut. This unit can be utilized for placing and stopping in 2 velocity implementation as well as extreme frequency and bi-directional rotation and precision positioning implementations.
