The conveyor belts in the Challenge line are used in a range of industries, from food to mining. For the coating, all special requirements are considered including abrasion, heat, chemical resistance, oil, etc. This range includes heavy-duty belts such as NN, EP, Chevron and steel cord types, all available in a variety of sizes and styles. Materials used in production include rubber, steel or polyester ply, PVC, PU, etc. High impact resistance and high tensile strength are some of the advantages offered by the Challenge conveyer belts. The nylon belts offer less bending fatigue.
