Vanadium dioxide (VO2) is a kind of metal oxide with phase transition property. Its phase transition temperature is 68℃, which can induce reversible metal-insulator phase transition of VO2. With the phase transition, the crystal structure, resistance, infrared light transmittance, refractive index and magnetic susceptibility of VO2 change dramatically.
