It can measure six basic parameters: inductance L, capacitance C, resistance R, impedance Z, loss factor D and quality factor Q. It is a simplified version of TH2821A, the frequency is as low as 1KHz, there is no sorting function, and it is cost-effective. As a result of the complete five-terminal measurement method, it solves the problem of accurate measurement of series equivalent resistance and small loss capacitors that other handheld LCR meters cannot solve.
