Control panel

The pneumatic control panel is designed with simple control logic. It uses the local gas supply as a driving medium to control the opening and closing of the surface safety valve. The control panel filters regulates, and controls its gas supply, making it suitable to drive the pneumatic safety valve. The charging/discharging of gas logically opens/closes the valve, in order to ensure safe production and protection of the X-tree. Main parts: Gas-filtering system, PSH/PSL pilot valves, relay valve, quick-exhaust valve, flame arrestor, pressure regulator, filtering pressure gauge, fusible plug, time-delay valve, volume bottle, and SS fitting tubing. Power Supply Nitrogen gas, compressed air or purified natural gas Control Objects Surface safety valve (Master safety valve or wing safety valve) Applicable Service Conditions Normal temperature conditions with clean and continuous gas supply Features 1.
