The hydraulic control panel uses hydraulic oil (powered by manual/electric/pneumatic pump) as the driving medium for a safety valve. It makes logical functional diagnoses inside the panel to control the opening and closing of the surface and sub-surface safety vales. The charging/discharging of hydraulic pressure logically opens/closes the surface/sub-surface safety valve, in order to ensure safe production and protection for the X-tree.
Main parts: Hydraulic pump, PSH/PSL pilot valves, ESD valve, pressure-release valve, flame arrestor, pressure regulator, ball valve, pressure gauge, fusible plug, accumulator, hydraulic pressure controller, check valve, and SS fitting and tubing.
