The pneumatic/hydraulic hybrid control panel is of an integrated type that uses the local gas supply to drive the hydraulic pump to deliver hydraulic pressure to the sub-surface safety valve. The gas supply is also used as a medium to control the surface safety valve. Charging/discharging of control pneumatic/hydraulic pressure logically opens/closes the valve, in order to ensure safe production and protection of the X-tree.
Main parts: Gas-filtering system, PSH/PSL pilot valves, relay valve, quick-exhaust valve, flame arrestor, pressure regulator, filtering pressure gauge, fusible plug, time-delay valve, volume bottle, and SS fitting and tubing.
