Advantages 1 Easily Replaceable Top Shaft Sealing Structure The sealing structure between the upper body of diaphragm's house and the top shaft is movable, which facilitates future replacement of seals and actuator maintenance; self-lubricating copper alloy is adopted for top axle sealing to prevent any possible damage on the top shaft surface during operation and transportation; double-layer sealing and dustproof structure are utilized to ensure reliable sealing and dust prevention. 2 High-strength Rubber Diaphragm The diaphragm is made from high-strength supportive polyester imported from the USA, and was treated with the vacuum vulcanization process. The entire manufacturing process is strictly controlled to improve the cohesiveness of the supporting cloth and sizing material as well as the colloid density, so as to ensure optimum performance and long service life of product. 3 High-performance Spring The spring is made of alloy steel, manufactured by hot rolling and forming. Steps of heat treatment are conducted to achieve stable rigidity and fatigue strength improvement as well as long term loading without any deformation.
