XC485ET is a RS-485 transceiver with 5V power supply, integrated TVS protection tube, with enhanced ESD protection, includes one driver and one Receptor. Fail-safe circuitry is inside the chip, when the Receptor inputs are open or shorted to ensure that Receptor output logic high level. If all drives hooked on the terminal matching bus are disabled (high impedance), the Receptor will output logic high. It can be mounted up to 256 transceivers on the bus. A, B are built in XC485ET respectively to TVS protective tube of GND.
