Description

Ring-11 Sanitary Liquid Level Switch is a vibration level switch with a polished probe and tuning fork for liquid hygienic applications, as well as for universal use in all liquids. It is used preferably in storage tanks, mixing vessels and pipes, where the internal and external hygiene requirements are particularly stringent. Benefits: ● The surface finish Ra<0.5μm. ● Polished tuning fork with a large choice of hygienic process fittings. ● Optional gas-tight lead-through for high pressure applications. ● The compact fork body is only 40mm long, especially suitable for liquid level measurement in narrow space. ● After precise tuning, the two forks are completely symmetrical with completely consistent vibration and higher sensitivity. ● The measurable medium density is as low as 0.5g/cm³, can be applied to liquid level measurement of most liquids. ● The process temperature reaches 250 ℃ (482°F). ● With higher Intrinsically-safe and Flame-proof Certification (Flame-Proof: Ex D IIC T6; Intrinsically-Safe: Ex ia IIC T6),allowing the operation in hazardous areas. ● Specialized for the process industry and developed according to IEC 61508 to be used directly in SIL2 and SIL3 applications. ● With CE Certificates, CCC Certificates and CCS Certificate for ships (China Classification Society). ● Output options: relay, transistor, two-wire and NAMUR. ● The design based on the changing detection frequency has strong anti-interference ability,suitable for the applications under complicated working conditions where the measured liquid is easy to foaming, bubbling or with high viscosity and under vibration disturbance environment etc.
